Deposits

 A $50 non refundable deposit is required when booking one of our colour services and a $30 deposit on cuts and styling. This deposit will be redeemable at your appointment.

 We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Anything less will result in your deposit being forfeited. You will receive a reminder text 48 hours before your appointment to confirm your attendance.

We have a strict “no show” policy. In the event of a No Show,  50% of your entire service will be charged prior to being able to make a new booking.

All extension orders require a 50% non refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Redos & Refunds

We stand by the quality of our work at MJS. If you are not happy, please let us know ASAP. We do not offer refunds at all. If the quality of work is faulty, we will happily rectify our work. You must contact us within the week of having your service done. Anything longer will then start to become a new service.

We do not offer a redo for change of mind.

Green Fee

We are a sustainable salon and every visit will incur a small $2 Green Fee. This fee goes directly to Sustainable Salons who then collect and recycle the studio’s waste. Together we can all make a difference.
