Currently the wait time for an appointment can be up to 2 -3 weeks for a weekday appointment or 4- 6 weeks for an evening or Saturday appointment. We do encourage all of our clients to rebook after their service to avoid disappointment. We also offer a cancellation list service and will contact you directly when a cancellation occurs.

Yes, we offer tape extensions and sew in wefts services. We use Avani tape and sew in wefts and Luxemane sew in wefts.

Yes, we do require a $50 non refundable deposit on all of our colour services and a $30 deposit on cuts and styling. This deposit is redeemable at your appointment. We also require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Anything less will result in your deposit being forfeited.

We have a strict “no show” policy. In the event of a No Show,  50% of your entire service will be charged prior to being able to make a new booking. View our Terms and Conditions here.

Yes, we are a sustainable salon and are very happy to say we recycle at least 95% of all of our studio’s waste. We have added a small $2 green fee to every visit, which goes directly to Sustainable Salons who then collect and recycle the studio’s waste.

We specialize in all aspects of colour and colour transformations and  personalise each hair journey to the individual client’s needs. If you are considering a complete colour change we do recommend booking a free colour consultation prior to your service.
